The government of Sri Lanka unilaterally declared an area of land to be a ‘No fire zone’.
And appealed to the civilians to move into this area to secure their safety. The people living in this area have been deprived of food, medicine ,water and all other basic necessities. The ‘No Fire Zone ‘ has been subject to daily bombarded with Artillery barrages, Multi-Barrel Rocket lunchers, cluster bombs, long – Range missiles, phosphorous bombs, aerial attacks by Kfir Fighter jets and helicopter gunships.

These people have to endure great misery from famine, hunger and disease as a result. As an artist I have captured the plight of these people and brought them to the winder audience. The native people of Tamil Eelam are being forced out of their land to be put into Government run concentration camps. l plea to the international Community to seek a just solution for our people.
