General instructions
1. This card is issued in accordance with their application. This has been prepared by the landlords through the data. It will have all the basic details of their land.
2, The registration record will be made at the time of each year. If there are bugs, missing or additives in their land, they must adjust them.
3. This is valid for a period of one year from the date given. Thereafter, the annual June 01 to the period of July 31 should be renewed.
4. The card cannot be used as used as a legal document of the land.
5. When the landlord is changing, the person who has previously cultivated it to another person gives the land to the specific person. Section, village, land name, area, these details such as Pokam (period) should be confirmed in writing.
6. If all the records are not immediately done when the performer is changed

7. The mistakes of this must be taken to solve the disorders through the Rural Production Committee or the District Registrar should be informed by the Village Registrar.
8. Keep this card safe. If you lose or damage this card, tell the truth to the Village Registrar. As confirmed by the committee, a new card can be bought for Rs. 30.
9. All agricultural inputs, equipment, loans, and livestock treatments obtained from state and non-governmental corporations should be covered on this card.
10. Transfer and selling this card should be avoided.
