Swiss Tamil girl paints a picture of the pain of Eelam Tamils.
Ms. Dayalakuru Abirsana was born in a suburb of Aro in Switzerland to her parents who are native to Jaffna in Eelam.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in painting from the Swiss College of Fine Arts and is also a graduate architect.
He conceptualizes the genocide in Eelam in 2009, the great war crime and the ensuing Sinhala-Buddhist persecution that continues today.
This painting was displayed during the Tamil people’s protest against the genocide in Geneva to the international community.
It is noteworthy that 19-year-old Ms. Abirsana was the first winner of Switzerland’s leading bank, Swiss Switzerland Nationwide Music Contest, and was honored to be invited to Australia.

Eelam girl Abirsana Dayalakuru has won the 1st prize for the film titled ‘World of Music’ in the 49th Creative Painting Category Competition held by a bank in Switzerland.
The event took place on the 19th in Vienna, the capital of Austria. The little girl’s painting on the theme “Music Shakes Me” has won over thousands of contestants.
