Terms and Conditions
1.Pawning advance is repayable within one year, with due interest.
2. The Bank of Tamileelam has the right of sale pawned articles which unredeemed after the prescribed period of one year.
3. The pawn ticket must be surrendered to redeem the pawned articles.
4. An affidavit to a form approved by the Bank and other documents specified by the Bank must be submitted to redeem the articles where this ticket is lost and/or pawner is dead.
5. The pawner agrees that notices could be sent to the address given overleaf.
6. The Bank of Tamileelam depository has the right to add new charges and regulations and change the existing control and systems.
