Pandian Restaurants
Restaurants were established throughout the state of Tamil Eelam, not only to foster an environment for the creation and providence of pure Tamil food to the people of Tamil Eelam, but also to develop the economic strength of Tamil Eelam. This olso allowed the sustenance of the Tamil culture through food and hence allowed the strengthening of the Tamil identity.
