Terms and Conditions Pawning advance is repayable within the period mentioned in this document with due interest. The RURAL DEVELOPMENT BANK has the right of sale of pawned articles.
The pawn ticket must be surrendered to redeem the pawned articles. An Affidavit in a form approved by the Bank and other documents specified by the Bank must be submitted to redeem the articles where this ticket is lost and/or pawner is dead.
The pawner agrees that notice, if any, be sent to the address given in this document. The “RURAL DEVELOPMENT BANK” shall include all its branches and authorised agencies. In the event of a loss of pawned article, only the value of gold at the time of loss will be reimbursed by the bank.
