The Cheran Marine Attack Team was created to attack both in water and on the ground. A battalion is a force that strikes at sea and on land . The battalion battalion usually refers to the ground attacking battalion after a fast sea landing.
LTTE Bilateral Cheran Marine Attack Team
In 2006 , the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE ) formed a two- pronged battalion that would work with or be part of the Sea Tigers to attack at sea and on land . Their first attack was on the Skull Island Base and the second on the Long Island Naval Base.
