Our ancestors were not fools.

Among the food grains they created nine grains called Navathanyas.

They also placed nine planets called Navagrahas as lords of grains:

Grain – Chandran (Moon)
Wheat – Sooriyan (Sun)
Thuvarai – Sevvay (Neptune)
Lentils – Puthan (Mercury)
Chickpea – Guru
Mochai – Sukkiran (Venus)
Sesame – Sani (Saturn)
Uludu – Rahu
Kollu – Ketu

The Tamilian who constructed the Navathaniyas as nine divided the directions into eight:
East
West
North
South

South West

The Tamilian who divided the direction into eight, he divided the music into seven tones:

Sa – Re – Ka – Ma – Pa – Tha – Nee

Wind blowing from the east:

The theory of Muthamil reveals that these three elements are equivalent to Tamil.

A life lived by husband and wife – inner life.
All outside business and self-discipline – outside life.

This is what Ayyan Valluvar beautifully said in two lines:
“Discipline will awaken
Discipline is more than life.”

He created yoga to keep the body alive by adhering to it.

“Shri Chakra” is nowhere, it is imprinted in our body. It is what we can feel in the picture below…
