The Sri Lankan government is using its full strength and resources in the work of ethnic cleansing of the Tamils as never before.
You know that all the organizations among the Sinhalese people are giving their full cooperation and assistance to the Sri Lankan government in these acts of ethnic cleansing.
A liberation struggle is underway here to protect our nation from these serious acts of ethnic cleansing. This struggle has become increasingly intense today and has evolved into a war Many new needs have arisen for our liberation army due to this war.
As the struggle becomes more intense, these needs will also increase. War is between the armies of two countries. Here, a war is taking place between the army of the Sinhalese nation and the Tamil army. This war is not taking place on the land of the Sinhalese nation. It is taking place on the land of Tamileelam.
Tamileelam has been occupied by Sinhalese forces.
The Sinhalese army is carrying out a three-pronged attack on the homeland of the Tamils, Tamileelam, using all its three forces and killing our people.
The Tamil army is fighting with immense sacrifices to stop this genocide and liberate our land from the occupation of the Sinhalese army. War is waged at a huge cost. Along with the huge cost of war weapons, a large amount of money is also required to maintain the liberation army. The cost of money will not be a big problem for the state army, which acts as a tool of the oppressor. The government itself will take care of that.
☀For that, it borrows from foreign countries.
☀ Or it gives the country foreign powers to obtain funds.
☀ Or it absorbs the labor of its own people.
☀ Or it does all the above.
A real liberation army does not obtain its financial needs in the above manner.
It is foolish to expect a foreign power to accept the liberation of our people and provide material assistance. Such assistance will also have an ulterior motive. This is a lesson learned from history.
We must achieve the liberation of our people at all costs. The people must meet all the needs of a liberation army.
A race or a nation that is waging a liberation struggle against the occupying forces must be ready to pour all its resources and strength into the struggle for the victory of that liberation struggle. Only then can the occupation be defeated.
Tamileelam is a country with all resources. Our resources are endless: human resources, brain resources, technological resources, economic resources, and mechanical resources.
☀ Those with economic power should contribute funds to the struggle.
☀ Those with technical and intellectual resources should contribute their energy to the struggle.
☀ Owners of vehicles. and machinery should contribute their vehicles or machinery to the struggle.
☀With such resources, the physical labor of all the citizens of Tamileelam should be contributed to the struggle.
This does not mean keeping what is necessary and giving what is left over to the struggle.
Rather, it means reducing your needs and dedicating everything to the struggle.
What we ask from our people, the citizens of Tamileelam: Be ready to dedicate your property to the struggle, be ready to dedicate your savings. Be ready to dedicate your physical labor and be ready to dedicate your lives.
Because this is a struggle for the free and prosperous life of our future generations. Give up the alien attitude of only asking and give. Get rid of the mentality of considering this as a compulsion and an obstacle. All these are the inevitable needs of our liberation struggle.
Accept that these needs must be fulfilled by the people of Tamileelam – and make others understand this too.
No one should try to live apart from this struggle. It is the duty of all the people of Tamileelam to participate in this.
Today, do not be sad that this duty is before you. Be proud. This is a rare opportunity that only you will get. Our generation has now got a rare opportunity that our elder generation or our next generation did not get.
That is, an opportunity to fight and obtain the freedom of our nation with bloodshed and dedication.
An opportunity to rescue our nation from the invader.
For this, all the resources and strength of Tamileelam should be used.
All the lives, all the goods, all the resources in Tamileelam belong to the Tamileelam liberation struggle.
Only such resources and strength will make the growing Tamileelam liberation struggle successful.
