P. Sundaram Pillai

மனோன்மணீயம் பெ. Sundaranar ( Manonmaniyam P. Sundaranar , April 4 ,1855 – Aprial 26, 1897  was a manonmaniyam the legendary creator of the dramatic thread.

Biography

Sundaranagar was born in 1855 to Perumal and Madathi Ammal in Alappuzha, Kerala, India . Young Navanmars thruvaasagatti religious  worship learned books. His Tamil editor was Nagapattinam  Narayanasamy. It is noteworthy that Maraimalai Adigal studied Tamil with him. 1876  b. A passed the exam. The following year he married Sivagami Ammal.

Faculty work

He began his teaching career in 1877  . He served as the head of the Tirunelveli English Tamil College for two years and was instrumental in the subsequent rise of Akkalvich Road to a Hindu college. He later joined King’s College, Thiruvananthapuram as a philosophy teacher.  In 1880 M.A. Graduated. He came in contact with Dr. Harvid Durai, a professor of philosophy at the college.

After working as a teacher for three years, he was appointed as the Commissioner of Separate Revenue of the King’s Palace, Trivandrum. In 1885, when Dr. Harwith retired as professor, he nominated Sundarana for his post. Accepting this, he again became the Head Professor of Philosophy at King’s College, Trivandrum. He endured that task effectively until the end. He lost his mother in 1878  and his father in 1886 . His son Nadarasan later became a minister in the Kerala government.

தமிழ்ப்பணி

The incomparable play Manonmaniyam was written and published by him in 1891 . The wise teacher of Sundaranar was the Sundara Swami of Kodaka Nallur.

Engaged in research inscription Gnanasambandar kalavaraycci avvaraycciyinai making 1894 the year released.  He wrote a review of the tenth in English and published it in the Christian College of Chennai magazine.
