(News Feature) Sri Lanka Muslim Congress (SLMC) leader Mr. Rauff Hakeem and a delegation from his party flew to the LTTE-controlled town of Kilinochchi on Saturday morning to hold talks with the LTTE leadership led by the movement’s leader Mr. Velupillai Prabhakaran.
Mr. Hakeem said the talks with the LTTE leader were friendly and productive. He said the three-and-a-half-hour discussion focused on several issues facing Muslims in the North-East.
